Thyme is a very decorative low growing herb with a lovely flavour. It can be used in a whole host of dishes and goes particularly well with chicken. It is also one of the main components of a Bouquet Garni. It produces pretty pink flowers which are attractive to bees and grows to a height of 40cm.
