Also called the onion squash because of its shape. Uchiki Kuri has a bright orange skin and flesh with a lovely nutty flavour, making it ideal for roasting for salads or Sunday roasts. This variety of squash matures from late summer through to autumn. Fruits store well for use through the winter months. Store in a warm and dry place for up to 5 months.
