Nic's pick of the month: Grow Your Own Christmas Dinner
Tromboncino is unlike any courgette you have ever seen. The fruits grow long and curvy with a bell at the flower end. The fruits should be harvested when they are around 30cm long, but the fruits can still grow to a spectacular 1 metre long and still be good to eat! The plants are very vigorous climbers or can trail on the ground.
When harvesting please discard any bitter tasting fruits. We suggest carrying out a "tongue tip taste test", particularly when harvesting the first fruits from a new plant.
